I lead integrated organizational development projects, learning research design and I develop cross-functional communications for healthcare, technology and education organizations. This includes ensuring that learning design and organizational development goals conform to company needs, providing comprehensive situational analysis, procedural observation, and information management.
In my role as analyst, I diagnose problems with procedures and determine strategic methods that work for consumers and organizations. I also serve as point of contact for analysis and ensuring that research meets corporate needs. I work with communications content to advise professionals on how best to use information in their professional lives.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Specialized Management from University of New Haven, and a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University.
